Cyril Gonzales CPA - CMA
Cyril has a certificate in Marketing from the University of Nice-Sophia-Antipolis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal’s School of Management (ESG). He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada. He settled in Quebec 16 years after years of travelling and working in the restaurant industry, namely under Alain Ducasse. He has since acquired management experience in the Agri-Food industry, notably as the Head of Business Development at Société-Orignal, which distributes goods from Quebec to major North American metropolises.
Alexander is a self-taught designer and innovator of new Agri-Food products. He has more than 15 years of experience as a project manager in the food industry working on innovative projects, and is one of the rare people to have a specialised degree in Quebec’s food heritage history. His experience and unique approach help food production companies leave the beaten path, even when it comes to their facilities. He has worked with small producers and bigger production companies, always adapting the supply chain according to current needs. His expertise is apparent in key sales elements such as brand image and packaging strategies, which allow for a new product to make a name for itself.
